I had been trying to lose weight for years without having a real strategy and found myself going backwards with excuses and excuses.  I was overweight, exhausted, and not the best version of myself that I could be.  My medical labs were trending in the wrong direction and things were starting to get out of control.  It was time to make my health a priority.  I needed a program and some hard dietary guidelines to follow because what I had been doing on my own was just not working.  At first glance, the Total Body Reset looked difficult and extreme to the lifestyle I had been living, I was nervous about giving up dairy, bread, sugar, alcohol, and processed foods for the duration of this program, but I figured I could do anything if it was only 60 days!  Now that I have been on the program, I don't really miss them and find myself more motivated to make better decisions about my lifestyle. Once I got on track with the total body reset and found what recipes worked for me, it became very simple for me to stick to the program and avoid any unwanted temptations. It definitely was not easy, and required a lot of discipline, but it was a great shock to my lifestyle and motivated me to make the necessary changes to succeed.  It has been a life changing experience for me and I could not be happier with my results.  My weight has dropped by 50 pounds, I feel great, and my medical labs have shown great improvement from the effects of this diet.
