Includes 2 60 minute visits; initial evaluation where I learn about all your past history from childhood, complimentary
comprehensive blood labs, and if needed clients pays for other advanced lab tests. The second 60 minute visit is a follow up (review of findings) 3-4 weeks later. At the review of findings appointment, we meticulously analyze your lab results and discuss personalized treatment recommendations .
You may choose to join our 5 month program (The Health Evolution Pathway) and payments made towards The Inception would be credited towards the 5 month program.
